Return & Refund
1. General Return Policy
At Rocloth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@rocloth.store to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
- Return Shipping: Pack the item securely, include the return authorization number, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and specify your exchange request in your return authorization email. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost.
5. Wrong Sizes
If you receive an item in the wrong size, please contact us immediately at support@rocloth.store. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost. To ensure the correct size is sent, please include your order number and the size you received.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized products
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
